Refund Policy

At Grove Coffee, we strive to provide high quality drinks, and great customer experience. Due to the nature of beverage products, the following refund policy applies to online & in store orders.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

   Because drink item are made fresh to order, all sales are generally final once an order has been prepared. If there is in an issue with your order, such as an incorrect item, or quality concern, please let a team member know at the time of pickup. Depending on the situation we may offer:

- A remake of your beverage

- Store credit

- A refund at our discretion

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

orders nay begin preparation shortly after they are placed, for this reason changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been submitted. If you need immediate assistance, please call the salon at (651-780-7560)
